The McNeill Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is a collaboration of volunteers, parents and teachers at McNeill Elementary working together for the betterment of our school. The McNeill PTO provides the families of our young Merlins with a voice to speak on behalf of each and every young Merlin at McNeill. The McNeill PTO mission is to establish and nurture a healthy, working relationship among parents, teachers and students by providing volunteer opportunities so that our young Merlins have the necessary tools for a safe, healthy and successful educational environment.
